Enabling the Matau app integration allows us to securely sync key metrics from your Shopify store into our conversational analytics engine. How to set-up
Here is a step-by-step explanation for end users on how to add the Matau Shopify app integration to their store:
- Login to your Shopify Admin and navigate to the “Apps” section under the main menu. Then click “Visit the Shopify App Store” at the bottom.
- In the Shopify App Store search bar, look for the “Matau” app and hit enter. You will see our app listing. Click “Add App” to go to our app install page.
- The install page summarizes what information we need access to and what the app does. Please review carefully and then click “Install” after agreeing to the terms and permission requests.
- After redirecting back to your Shopify Admin, you will see the Matau app now listed and active. Click “Get Started With App” to be redirected to our platform where you can finish syncing data connections.
- On our application, link your main Shopify store user/pass to initialize account setup. Allow upto 2 hours for full data indexing after which you can explore utilizing conversational analytics!
